"Rosso del Bocia"

Ca’ Franco’s finest wine. Grapes are harvested late by hand, after being left to hang on vine, giving this wine its full-bodied flavour and Morello cherry aromas. Best drunk with roast meat, mushrooms and polenta, canard à l’orange, and mature cheeses.
